Custom Options
There are several custom choices available for the post production of your wedding video. All of these items are optional, and the results will be great even if you don’t choose any of these options.
Music
The majority of the music in your video will be the actual recorded audio at the time of your ceremony and reception. Two or three additional music selections will be needed for the other portions of the video. These music selections will typically be used in an opening montage, a montage to take us from the ceremony to the first events of the reception, and the end sequence. Three to five selections would be fine. Instrumental music is typically the most suitable. If your music choices are available online, you need only supply the artist and title.
The alternative is that I will choose selections as background music for these portions of the video. I have a collection of cinematic library music that is very well suited to this purpose.
Photographs
You may choose photographs to be used for the DVD cover, label, and menu. Four or five images is fine. You may provide more if you wish, I may not be able to use them all. Your photos may be provided in print form, or in digital jpeg (.jpg or .psd file) format. Your wedding photographer will receive credit for any photos they provide. If you prefer, still images will be extracted from the video for these purposes.
End Title Credits
An optional choice presents you with an opportunity to include the names and roles of your wedding party, parents, your officiant, and other key individuals as an end title “credit roll”. This looks much the same as you would see at the end of a movie or Television program. You could choose to include a poem, a remembrance, a spiritual quote, or some other statement in your end title sequence. This must be provided in digital format, such as a Word document, text file, an email, or virtually any other digital text file format. We recommend against any extended formatting, as it is lost upon importing into the title editor.
The default is to have the names of the couple, the date, and the producer credit at the end of the video.
