Pricing for location video coverage
Location shoot $300
(weekday rate)
Capture a seminar, or a training video to distribute to clients or customers, or just a short video to place on your website to add a personal touch. We take care of capturing high fidelity audio, and HD video. We can provide raw footage, or a finished product with our editing and post production services.
Location video coverage fee includes the first hour
(Also includes one hour post production)
Includes:
- wireless lavalier microphone
- Wired or wireless hand held microphone (Shure SM58)
- On camera light system
- On camera shotgun
- Manfrotto tripod system
- Up to one hour of post production included
Price: $300 (weekend rates vary – contact us for a quote)
Additional hours of coverage: $100
Additional post production is $100 per hour.
Green screen on location: $100
Teleprompter system: $100
Second camera operator: $200 (includes one hour – $100 per hour for each additional hour)
Post production
Post production is simply the process of editing and converting your video into the desired format. Your needs may be simple, or a grand vision. Your video can be delivered in just about any format currently available. We can provide content ready for online delivery, and can offer assistance in publishing online video content.
Post production is billed at a rate of $100 per hour
Travel considerations
The above fees cover the greater Austin Texas area. Prices are subject to state sales tax. We have covered events throughout the state and beyond. If you need video coverage outside of the Austin area, we’ll be happy to let you know if a travel fee would apply. The rates above are for weekday shoots only. Weekends vary, and we would be happy to provide a quote.
