Theater and Stage Production – Concert and Recital Video Coverage

Special care should be taken to produce the best possible video record of the sights and sounds of a live performance. We are happy to consult with you about your video coverage needs. There is no obligation for this consultation.

Location video coverage includes up to two hours (does not include post production)

Includes(as needed):
4 hours of location coverage
30 hours of post production
Wireless lavalier microphone
Wired or wireless hand held microphone (Shure SM58)
On camera light system
On camera shotgun
Manfrotto tripod system
Field audio recorder
Up to one hour of post production included
The resulting video is delivered on a DVD with custom menus, covers, and disc imprint.

Price: $895 plus sales tax (Weekdays only - Click here for Saturday rates)

Blu-Ray High Definition video is $200 additional

Additional hours of coverage: $100

Additional hours of post production $75

Second camera operator: $200 (inlcudes two hours $100 per hour for each additional hour)

Travel considerations

The above fees cover the greater Austin Texas area. We have covered events throughout the state and beyond. If you need video coverage outside of the Austin area, we’ll be happy to let you know if a travel fee would apply.
